INFORMATION FOR THE GUARDS

Integration with the Real PTT platform enables cross-platform PTT functionality between the Guard Track application, mobile devices (supervisors), PTT radios, and the control room desktop.

Guards can trigger a mobile panic alert to notify the control room in case of emergencies

The devices can be tracked and their locations viewed in the control room using location maps.

Paper-based processes are digitized, allowing for real-time email notifications and remote access to reports. Various predefined templates are available for different types of forms, such as occurrence books, incident capturing, wheel clamping records, delivery notes, and dockets

GPS and tag-based patrol points can be scheduled at various times. Points can be grouped into routes, and the system can be configured to select random routes to prevent criminals from predicting the guards’ movements.

The system enables time and attendance tracking for staff, including image capturing for auditing and verification purposes. Various authentication methods are available, ranging from simple usernames and passwords to advanced facial recognition. Integration with third-party applications, such as Easy roster, provides a complete end-to-end solution
